$30,000 sign on bonus for eligible, experienced RN's!

This is a full time Clinical Nurse Leader position for the Acute Inpatient Rehab unit. This position is three 12 hour shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm with a weekend requirement.

This position will be in our freestanding rehab facility Northwest Transitions located at 2025 West Orange Grove Rd First Floor, Tucson, AZ 85741.

This is an opportunity to assist in clinical education and serve as a charge nurse on the rehab unit. This is a collaborative team of nurses who focus on helping patients return home after a significant medical event.

Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift. Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work.

Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.
