Role Overview: Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms within designated inpatient specialities such as but not limited to BMT, Hematology services, Head and Neck, Neuro/Ortho and other various med/surg and/or telemetry units available Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide patient education and support Maintain accurate and timely documentation Key Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program preferred New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license Core Skills: Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that maintain high standards of nursing care within the organization.
