Job Summary
Provides clinical and administrative leadership and management oversight to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed program and daily operations within the Youth Detention Center with a specialized focus on youth in the Milwaukee County Accountability Program (MCAP). Provides clinical consultation and program development leadership to enhance community safety. Leads all Unit Therapists and others within the development of the program to support future state Secure Residential Care Center for Children & Youth (SRCCCY) operations.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.

Required Education, License/Certification and Experiences
Current residency within the State of Wisconsin upon application required
Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology or closely related field required
Three (3) years or more of work experience in Psychotherapy/Counseling with Youth or closely related experience required
One (1) year or more of work experience in a Supervisory or Management role required
Currently state licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist required
Basic knowledge of all related computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams required
Preferred Education, License/Certification and Experiences
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience preferred
Previous experience working with substance use disorders preferred
