As a member of the healthcare team here at Riverview Health, Clinical Mammographer demonstrates active patient advocacy to ensure all rights are identified and met for every patient. The Clinical Mammographer encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Clinical Mammographer.

Mammographer Job Functions:

  • Produce high quality mammography

  • Demonstrate competency in breast ultrasound

  • Perform bone density exams

Mammographer Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). Current certification by the ARRT in Radiography and Mammography Current Indiana state Radiologic Health Operators License BLS

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years in mammography

  • Preferred: Breast ultrasound experience

The Clinical Psychologist encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Clinical Psychologist. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides diagnostic and intervention services as a core to the continuum of behavioral health services. Assesses a patient's psychological status and provides appropriate interventions and treatments. * Administers and interprets psychological tests used for diagnosing mental and personality disorders and differentiating between organic and functional cases of behavior disorders. * Collaborate with staff, nursing and ancillary service to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient. Provide clinical supervision/consultation to staff. Provides psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team. Acts as resource to other disciplines. * Develop treatment plan with measurable goals and obtains appropriate signatures according to policy. Provide individual, family, group therapy as appropriate. Provide ongoing clinical assessment, including risk assessment. * Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure all services are completed according to relevant ethical and professional standards of care. (APA Ethics Code Principals and Standards) * Plan for termination of treatment and completes discharge summary according to policy. Job Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Level of Education: Minimum: * Doctoral degree in Psychology from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education. * Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program and completion of an APA-accredited or APPIC-member pre-doctoral internship. * Licensed or licensed eligible as psychologist in the state of Indiana (HSPP) * HSPP completed by date of hire. * Completion of all post-doctoral licensure requirements Preferred: * ABPP or board-eligible candidates * Credential – BLS Provider from the AHA Level of Experience: Minimum: Psychology: 1 or more years of experience providing Mental Health treatment. Preferred: * Experience in medical/health setting. * Experience in integrated care settings. * Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and substance abuse resources highly preferred. * Psychotherapist.
