Under the direction of the Senior Clinical Support and Technical Training Manager, the Laboratory Training Specialist will provide in depth training to customers and internal personnel on the utilization and applications of our full line of Tosoh analyzers. As a vital member of the Clinical Support and Technical Training Group, the successful candidate will also develop and implement training programs and materials tailored to customers.   • Conduct effective customer training classes for the AIA-900 and AIA-2000 immunoassay analyzers.

  • Design and prepare classroom training materials for the AIA-900 and AIA-2000 analyzers.

  • Work in collaboration with Product Management to develop training materials, including manuals, for new products.

  • Manage and maintain the customer training laboratories in South San Francisco.

  • Identify specific training material gaps and tailor new materials as necessary.

  • Monitor and evaluate customer training program effectiveness. (Collaborate with tech support ..)

  • Document and communicate with relevant departments customer issues.

  • Provide internal personnel with training on new products prior to launch.

  • Complete Pre-Installation forms for the AIA-900 and AIA-2000 analyzers.

  • Accompany customers to Tosoh sponsored entertainment events (dinner).

  • Manage customer travel itineraries and training class logistics.




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven work experience as a trainer in the field of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics.

  • Proven work experience designing and implementing successful training materials and programs.

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.

  • Clinical laboratory experience, preferably with immunoassay.

  • BS in Medical Technology or related field.

  • Certification in Training by a nationally recognized training program

Expectations and Tasks: Increase Successfactors' mindshare across markets and drive partner advocacy for Successfactors as the preferred cloud enterprise cloud HCM provider in the market. Engage with partners around upcoming products and technology opportunities by identifying and driving new unique customer experiences based on new software technology. Responsible for driving relationships with several strategic partner companies to deliver market impact and support the long-term growth of SAP. Have regular interactions at the executive level of assigned partner(s) and engage with a broad variety of executive-level stakeholders inside SAP. Build and maintain extensive relationships at senior levels within the enterprise solution's ecosystem including system integrators, technology vendors, and ISVs. Drive co-innovation initiatives with selected Technology Partner in concert with SAP development, solution management, and field stakeholders. Foster new solutions on SAP platforms, capitalizing on partner domain expertise. Facilitate the development of joint solution and/or technology roadmaps. Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field of study and 7 years of experience. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience. Work Experience: Experience must involve five years of HCM Industry experience. Experience must also involve three years of identifying new business opportunities, addressing partnership dynamics and shaping innovative business plans; and SuccessFactors platform solutions including EC, RCM, ONB, and ECP. Experience must also involve three years of managing all aspects of partnerships including initial contact, identifying vision for mutual benefit, contractual negotiations, and other business development activities; structuring and engaging in multiple partnering models including co-selling, value-added reselling, and OEM; and working with various integration frameworks and tools including SuccessFactors Integration Center, MDFs, and Intelligent Services.
