Job Title: Medical Technologist

Job Description

Join our team as a Medical Technologist and contribute to high complexity testing in a laboratory setting. Your main responsibilities will include ABO and HLA typing, flow cross match, and HLA antibody testing, screening, and identification. You will work with both blood and tissue samples in specialized areas such as Flow cytometry and DNA analysis. This role is critical in supporting transplant laboratory procedures and ensuring the highest standards in clinical laboratory practices.

Hard Skills

• BS in MLS or life science

• ASCP certification

• Experience in blood bank, molecular biology, or flow cytometry

Soft Skills

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods during shifts

• Comfortable working in a team environment

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Providence, New Jersey.

Work Environment

This role has multiple openings for second and third shift. Our facility features a modern, open-space lab with ample natural light, a large cafeteria, and personal lockers. You'll be joining a friendly, welcoming team of experienced technicians in a beautiful campus setting.
