First responder to issues raised by staff to include HR and technical issues.
Coordinates the first step of disciplinary process for laboratory employees in concert supervisory staff in concert with Director. Subsequent steps managed by Director.
Attends monthly laboratory staff meetings as required.
Monitors " INTELLITEST" for Quest Diagnostics.
Documents huddle sheet in absence of Director.
Manages the hospital wide creation of CLIENT accounts when new OUTREACH business is established with designated hospital IT/Finance/Business Office representatives.
In the absence of a CUSTOMER SERVICES account manager works with Communications to maintain Lab website
Resolves Inter and Intra department issues as assigned by laboratory director.
Monitors CLIA licenses for the laboratory.
Provides support to laboratory section heads as needed.
Works every 6th weekend.

Coordinates the collection of Quality data in all laboratory sections with Clinical Manager.
