CLINICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS SPECIALIST II

The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine is seeking a Clinical Information Specialist II position to perform technical functions in support of clinical services and administrative operations.

Key Duties, Primary Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and installation processes for network computers.

• Function as Network Administrator providing user support for technical processes.

• Utilize various troubleshooting methods to resolve technical issues and manage system updates and other technical requirements.

• Complete technical repairs and provide effective solutions to system issues.

• Maintain excellent service delivery and function as a liaison to hospital IT personnel.

• Complete work requests maintaining quality standards consistent with regulatory requirements.

• Supervise IT students and contribute to operational processes in support of departmental initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

• And three (3) years of related experience required.

• OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
