Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Clinical Financial Business Partner works closely with Human Resources, other members of the c-suite team and assigned business units in an active partnership to deliver value added financial and analytical information to decision making teams. Leads the strategy on labor management to include position control, agency, orientation schedules and pay practices. Works with leaders to ensure accurate time records are entered and maintained for all payroll cycles so that employees are paid properly. Trains all leaders on related processes and validates leaderships' daily completion of timekeeping records. Analyzes and presents usage of premium pays, OT usage, FTEs and general payroll data to ensure that pay practices and policies are being applied consistently across the facility and to provide support for process and cost improvements.

Registration/Certification/Licensure:
None required
Experience:
Two years of experience in payroll or accounting functions required
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
