Clinical Engineering Project Coordinator

Job Summary

The Clinical Engineering Project Coordinator will have experience in project management with clinical engineering initiatives. The candidate will manage Project manager resources, collaborating with CE staff, as well as Epic Application and Infrastructure teams to build out the program plan.

Accountabilities

• Work closely with the project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and budget.

• 50%

• Define and establish guiding operating principles for workstream to adhere to. Developing a resourcing plan to ensure success for each workstream. Identify Risks and appropriate mitigation plans.

• 10%

• Ensure robust and timely communications of general project status, risk mitigation plans, critical issue action items and decisions needed and/or made.

• 10%

• Oversee one to many projects and a full complement of technical and subject area experts.

• 10%

• Oversee and report on the activities of all project tracks.

• 10%

• Ensure activities are aligned to program goals and priorities.

• 10%

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• Business or Project Management field

• 5 years

• Project management

In Lieu Of

In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, Masters degree and 2 years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

• Familiarity with biomedical field and clinical engineering equipment, while integration with Epic is desired.

• Required

• Experience in a hospital setting with biomedical devices.

• Required

• Experience leading large enterprise-wide projects.
