We are excited to share that we are seeking a Clinical Education & Training Manager to lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of MicroAire's clinical education and product training program with one direct report.

• Do you have demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and coordinating in-person and virtual product training within the medical industry?
• Are you an excellent communicator equally comfortable interacting with surgeons, sales agents, and in-house cross-functional teams?
• Do you enjoy a balance of people focused training and tracking metrics to drive training strategy?
• If yes, this could be the job for you!
• BS or BA in applicable degree required, along with five plus years' experience in medical devices or a related field is required; Direct experience working in training/clinical education preferred. This is an onsite or hybrid onsite/remote role with up to 25% domestic travel.
• $90,000 annual target compensation. Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 10 paid holidays, and more.
