Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training.

  • Proficiency in managing program budgets and adeptness in analyzing operational and clinical data.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.

  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
