We seek a full-time Clinical Director to join our outstanding team at our state-of-the-art center in Appleton, WI.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision of 6 clinical supervisors (Team Leads)
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all therapists and interns
Carry part-time clinical caseload 10 clients per week
Monitor IT and intern program
Provide policy direction and maintain standards of practice throughout clinic locations (not including Red Oak Psychiatry)
Oversight in licensing regulations, legal and ethical regulations, clinical supervision, and quality assurance.
Quarterly auditing of charts for 40+ therapists (2 per therapist unless there are deficiencies. If deficiencies, then audit 5; if more deficiencies are found, then audit full caseload) for compliance and follow-up coaching/training/performance improvement plans
Review/approve clinical documentation for assigned staff (TX plans, discharges, and chart reviews)
Approve consultation documentation for all clinical supervisors
Coach Team Leads on developing therapists on their teams
Ensure all therapists are compliant with state statutes that govern practice as well as ROC policies and procedures
Complete the first interview for all therapist candidates and consult with/advise the HR Director on recommendation
Manage, investigate, document, and resolve client clinical complaints/patient rights issues as Grievance Officer
Assist therapists and interns with urgent clinical situations and provide supervisory crisis coverage
Assign clinical consultation groups and supervision teams
Develop agenda and facilitate bi-monthly Team Lead Meetings
Attend clinical consultations
Attend Executive Team Meetings and implement any clinical decisions
Preparation for state audits/review, implement and train on any necessary corrections determined by audits
Reviewing clinical documentation for record requests
Consult with and implement guidance from the Executive Director on any urgent client-therapist or clinical issues
Other duties as assigned
Provide trainings to clinical staff - documentation, mandated reporting, etc. Approve all client documentation for all Substance Use therapists.
Complete annual performance reviews for team leads and all fully licensed therapists (30+), 40-45 if all current clinics are fully staffed
Continually update clinical policies and procedures, responsible for knowing all state statutes regarding outpatient mental health and substance use practice.
Partner with onsite EHR trainer to update and improve clinical documentation for compliance with best practices and state statutes
Supervise and deliver new employee onboarding training with all clinicians.
Develop clinical onboarding training.
Partner with HR Director for all therapist disciplinary write-ups, disciplinary meetings, and compliance monitoring of PIPs
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Counseling or similar
Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LCP in Wisconsin
