Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinical Director in Worcester.
The Motivating Youth Recovery (MYR) program is an intensive detox and stabilization program for adolescents struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. In this inpatient program our staff work as an integrated team to support youth as they work toward recovery. This program is staffed 24/7.

Responsibilities
Oversees day to day clinical operation of of the program and ensures all clinical services are in compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
Interviews and recommends most residential and all clinical staff for hire.
Carries pager to provide staff with support and to ensure program safety during non-business hours and weekends.
Participates in Management Team Meetings and leads treatment team.
Provides supervision to clinical team members, including master's level clinicians, case managers, and interns.
Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Qualifications
Grade 7: Clinician III: Masters degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field. Must be an LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist with demonstrated experience in working with adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders
Grade 8: Clinician IV: Masters degree and an LICSW in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 3 years experience required
Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in your own vehicle
Must be able to pass a CORI (Criminal Offender Background Check) and a DCF/CPS (Department of Families Adam Walsh/Child Protective Services background check)
