Provides nutritional services with the inter-disciplinary team and education or counseling across the continuum of care to medical center patients, clinic/physician office clients and to the community. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that is appropriate to the ages of the customers served.

May function as a consultant dietitian clinics &/or medical groups. Coordinates, develops, and/or conducts education to the community, dietetic interns, medical staff and other health personnel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics accredited program

Completion of a Dietetic Internship Program

Eligible for licensure as Registered Dietitian, Pass RD examination and licensed with State of IL within 6 months of hire

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
