Responsibilities

Providence Medical Center is looking for a full time Clinical Dietitian to join our dynamic nutrition team. Our Clinical Dietitian provides appropriate patient nutritional care with duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

• assess the nutritional status of patients
• formulate a care plan, coordinate its implementation, and evaluate its impact and effectiveness
• provide nutrition education to patients/families
• approve supplements, as appropriate, and assist in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population
• someone who is familiar with food safety, meal/nutrition plans and can education patients on health and appropriate diet

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Registered Dietitian, required (CMS requirement)
• one year healthcare experience, desirable
