Responsibilities

St.

Joseph Medical Center is looking for a per diem variable shift Clinical Dietitian to join our dietary team. Our per diem Clinical Dietitian provides appropriate patient nutritional care with duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

• assess the nutritional status of patients
• formulate a care plan, coordinate its implementation, and evaluate its impact and effectiveness
• provide nutrition education to patients/families
• approve supplements, as appropriate, and assist in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)
• one year healthcare experience, preferred
