Job Description
Develops and maintains presentations and presents to staff on educational topics needed in new employee orientation.
Demonstrates needed new equipment to staff.
Develops educational tools for training and program design.
Facilitates practice projects and design electronic tools
Assists other clinical development specialists with LMS, BLS and programs.
Assists with competencies as needed.
Updates needed presentations to change management needs.
Maintains updates for Education and Training site on Intranet
Provides electronic resource information to staff.
Participates in Nursing Councils
Produces and edits video training materials.
Assists the clinical practice specialists' projects and programs.
Maintains an organizational structure around the Skills Lab

Qualifications
4 year / Bachelor's Degree: BS in Nursing
Master's Degree /Preferred - (Intent to within 6-8 months initiate Master's Program)
Certification in a specialty
BLS Certification (Required)
State Registered Nurse License (Required)
4 years' clinical nursing experience (Required)
1 year training and/or education experience (Required)
