How you'll make a difference?

Main purpose of the project: Build a prototype of a Power BI analytics tool in SharePoint for surgeon review of their site's clinical data.

What will be your duties and responsibilities?

  • What are the main deliverables of the project?

  • Build prototype of Power BI analytics tool in SharePoint

  • What are the project milestones/duration?

  • 2-3 months

Secondary responsibilities will be to perform clinical trial administrative tasks 1-2 days/ week. (Scanning older study records and sending records to off-site storage; identifying program to donate/repurpose older netbooks and tablets; recycling/disposing of non-investigational equipment from closed studies.)

Student Eligibility:

In order to qualify for this Intern opportunity, the student must:

  • Have the legal right to work in the US.

  • Be currently enrolled at an accredited university as an upper-class undergraduate or graduate-level major.

  • Experience with numeric data and tools (Excel or other).

  • Willing to learn/enhance skills in MS Power BI.

  • Programming skills.

  • Familiar with analytics/data science concepts.

  • MS Power BI or R or other analytics tools.
