Vibra Healthcare Corporate is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Data Entry Specialist to join our team!
This role is responsible for performing a wide range of complex secretarial/data entry duties and coordinating a multitude of clinical data driven projects. Serves as additional administrative support to leadership team managers with projects and special assignments as needed. Provide back-up support to other administrative support personnel as needed.
Minimum Education & Experience (Including Licenses):
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated ability to utilize Excel required.
Minimum one (1) year of previous clerical and medical assisting experience required.
Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Hospital or healthcare office experiences preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
Demonstrated ability to utilize additional components of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Must be flexible and responsive to needs of organization and possess ability to balance the needs of multiple priorities.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to project a professional image.
Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
