Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire a clinical coordinator with excellent organizational and administrative skills for our growing preventative medicine practice. Clinical coordinators are expected to be decisive leaders with superb time management and record-keeping skills.

To ensure success, clinical coordinators should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and IT skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day activities of the healthcare facility. Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to emergency situations. Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities:

Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations. Implement policy and procedures across the healthcare facility. Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrollment of personnel.

Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols. Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are placed on time. Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.

Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits and communication Clinical Coordinator Requirements: Bachelors degree in nursing or related (essential). LPN with experience may substitute for RN Minimum of one year nursing experience in a clinic environment. Valid Florida state license and CPR certification.

Working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations (highly advantageous). Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills Proficient with standard office equipment and software (Word & Excel); multi-task comfortably Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Willingness to be cross-trained and fill in for other staff members Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.

Ability to work in a stressful environment under deadline situations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate with coworkers and patients in an effective manner.

Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills. Passionate about clinical excellence. Ensure all patients, at all times, have a positive experience while in the office or on the phone Handle incoming call volume promptly and in a professional manner Interview candidates for open positions and extend offers as approved by Administration Address and coordinate training needs of department Provide flow of information between providers, management, and staff Monitor employee tasks Investigate and resolve clinical tasks in a timely manner to maintain optimal efficiency in the department
