12 bed Surgical ICU
Nurse to patient ratios based on acuity (very fast pace)
Types of patients on this unit: Neuro Surgical and Cardiothoracic
Excellent physician relations with our Critical Care/ Pulmonologist (help with wording)
Part of LGMC Shared Governance councils

Two years Registered Nurse experience
Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management within the specialty
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
Current Registered Nurse License in this state
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)
