Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs, the Clinical Coordinator for Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) provides leadership, oversight, supervision, training, and mentoring for the IBH Care Teams. The IBH Teams work in an integrated team-based model of care, providing behavioral health consultation and services to patients and their families to identify and address factors that impact the patient#s physical and mental health. The IBH Clinical Coordinator will ensure the IBH Care teams work together to create a care plan that meets each patient#s unique needs and preferences. This position will work as a practicing clinician and provide clinical supervision to both staff and student interns. The IBH Clinical Coordinator is also responsible for tracking, reporting, and meeting the program quality measures on an ongoing basis. Annual Salary Range: $68,307.20 - $100,755.20 Qualifications Education: Requires a Master#s Degree in a Behavioral Health related field. Experience: Requires four (4) years of experience providing mental health services that demonstrate an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Prefers prior direct or indirect supervisory experience. Prefers experience facilitating groups, providing individual counseling, and working with individuals and families who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Certification/Licensure: Must be licensed by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)#or must have either a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) AND be able to obtain an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within 36 months of employment in position. Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid AZ-issued driver#s license in good standing and must carry the AZ legally required minimum insurance coverage on personal vehicle at all times. Must obtain fingerprint clearance card as defined in Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) 36-425.03 and state licensing rule R9-10-1011(A)(4) within 90 days of employment. A BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center is required within 3 months upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:# Must have the ability to develop positive relationships and demonstrate concern and courtesy to all internal and external customers. Must have a personal vehicle that is insured as this position requires travel throughout the community and provides#transportation of program participants/members as needed. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings. Must have a detailed understanding of community resources, eligibility, and entitlement funding sources. Requires previous experience and knowledge of the outpatient behavioral health service delivery model. Must have a strong understanding of integrated behavioral health care, brief interventions, the recovery model, and other evidenced-supported practices such as trauma-informed care, Family Psychoeducation, Integrated Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders, and Peer Support. Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate personnel in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale. Must maintain professional conduct consistent with ethical professional practice and the policies and procedures of Valleywise Health. Must be approachable, people-oriented, and a good listener. Must be able to communicate effectively and have excellent customer service skills. Requires the ability to be a creative, independent thinker. Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm. Must possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. According to Arizona Administrative Code R9-10-306 CHAPTER 10 of the Dept. of Health Services, personnel must be at least 21 years of age, or at least 18 years of age and licensed or certified under A.R.S. Title 32, and providing services within the personnel member#s scope of practice. Bilingual is preferred.
