Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, provides, and evaluates patient care necessary for services to patients. Interfaces with other departments, hospitals, and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care. Serves as a clinical lead to all nursing, clinical, and support staff. Performs various quality checklists, logs, and/or verify completion for tasks delegated to clinic staff. Serve as educational support to clinic staff for daily clinical operations - supplemental to onboarding, nursing education, and other educational trainings. Serve as support, guidance, and adherence to best practices regarding wide range of quality measures.Job Requirements * Education * Required:Graduate of an accredited nursing program * Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Experi
