Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst has its Advantages
Further training in Applied Behavioral Analysis, including the building of comprehensive ABA programming for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

This position will be based in Phoenixville, PA serving children and adolescents, between the ages of two and 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder with the goal of treating the individuals in Chester county community. The main responsibilities of the BCBA will be to provide clinical oversight to a parent-mediated intervention program providing parents with training on instructional skills based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
The BCBA will provide training, coaching and consultation to outpatient therapists working with parents in the program and also hold a small caseload. The BCBA may also conduct or oversee the completion of assessments (including functional behavioral assessments, and social, communicative and adaptive assessments) as needed. Parent Training sessions will take place primarily in a community based outpatient clinic and will include some follow-up session in the home. The BCBA will also oversee regular review of data related to case progress and program fidelity and summarize overall program outcomes.
Education : Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
Experience : Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBAs, training staff and working consultation with parents.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid drivers license must be maintained.
