What will you be doiing?

  • Oversees all process and aspects of the Investigator Portal. This includes working with the Portal vendor to address, resolve, and communicate any issues related to the features and functionality of the community.

  • Provides business application support to study teams.

  • Assists Study Teams with creation, conception and presentation of site engagement strategy.

  • Creates and maintains content calendar for uploading content to portal.

  • Writes and edits news posts describing study conduct updates and activities.

  • Responsible for project management of each portal from start-up to archiving.

  • Coordinates portal launch with study team and portal vendor.

  • Leads all meetings with study team including Kick Off Meeting of new portal to reoccurring meetings regarding trial and portal conduct.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Health or Science discipline with experience in clinical research preferred.

  • Experience with clinical trial coordination or clinical trial monitoring is preferred

  • Experience working on a study with an Investigator Portal is preferred

  • Experience working in highly diverse teams within clinical research; cross-functional, global, multi-regional.

  • Basic project management skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including the ability to manipulate and analyze data

  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience with creating study specific newsletters and email blasts is preferred

  • Experience with overseeing technical and system administration for portal or community platform is preferred.

  • 0 2 years of related experience

  • Prior experience using computerized information systems.

  • Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required

The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for recruitment, growth, and development of Clinical Trial Specialists. They provide leadership in the implementation of PRA's quality initiatives and business processes, achievement of its management goals and objectives within the framework of the company mission, policy and philosophy. You will manage and develop PRA employees to ensure high quality work performance and retention of high quality employees. Specific accountabilities may vary by area of expertise: * Develops plans to support growth and career development of assigned Clinical Operations employees as well as manage the delivery of quality performance in line with their job description. * Ensures staff development and performance feedback are provided through activities such as mentorship and career development * Communicates team and individual goals and expectations to ensure direct reports understand their responsibilities * Responsible for managing the performance of staff, including providing input into salaries, bonuses as well as nominations for promotion. * Promotes a positive and professional work environment that attracts and retains the best talent and delivers services that exceed customer expectations. * May conduct assessment visits with staff as required by SOPs Minimum Qualifications Required * Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job. * Substantial experience using computerized information systems including experience with PC- Windows, word processing, and electronic spreadsheets required * Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required * To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
