The Clinical Collaborative Assistant will serve as an instrumental resource for supporting BayCare?s service line leaders. As the responsibilities of the service lines rapidly expand to uphold performance, the Clinical Collaborative Assistant will provide meeting coordination for service line meetings as well as support communications within and among the other service lines and BayCare committees.
Responsibilities will specifically include meeting preparation (the agenda, guest speakers, presentations, and other logistics) and in-room coordination to support effective meeting collaboration with responsibilities to include meeting room set/clean-up, greeting attendees, and managing videoconferencing technology. This role will also support the organization?s streamlined and transparent approval process workflow by serving as an immediate contact for service line approval items, and as such, the assistant will be responsible for taking meeting minutes and facilitating the follow-up for action items.
Responsibilities will entail proactive and routine communication with designated representatives across the organization, and development of internal and external communications related to the services lines that may be inclusive of newsletter announcements and the maintenance of service line intranet pages. The assistant will also serve as a liaison between the service line leaders and the providers within the service line to support engagement in meetings and decision-making opportunities.
Required experience is 2 years administrative support to include experience in meeting coordination and meeting minutes.Certifications and LicensuresNone Required
