Type: Federal Salary Range: $129,564 - $168,431 / Per Year Open Period: 7/28/2022 to 12/31/2022 Summary:

To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.

BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Degree: major or equivalent in psychology for all specializations except clinical psychology and counseling psychology. These two specializations have additional educational requirements, as stated below: Clinical Psychology:

For positions at grades GS-11 and above, satisfactory completion of all the requirements for the doctoral program (Ph. D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology is required. In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:

Professional knowledge of psychological principles and theories, methodologies, and techniques; knowledge of diagnostic testing for psychological assessment and evaluation of patients; participates in making key decisions in the development of counseling service programs; ability to document a history of increasingly responsible administrative and clinical post-doctorate experience. SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: Must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Child Psychologist.
