Clinical Care Coord

Job Description

The Coordinator of Clinical Programs is responsible for leading the clinical, educational, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all components of Clinical Programs as assigned by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The coordinator will work closely with nursing leadership ensuring a team centered approach to care delivery that is in compliance with all accrediting agencies. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

The coordinator must possess expertise and knowledge in the care, stabilization, and transport of the patient across each area of specialty. The coordinator must also be able to collaborate with ancillary departments, pre-hospital personnel, law enforcement and other outside agencies involved in the care of the patient.

The coordinator must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key duties will include, but not be limited to: data collection, reporting, assessing outcomes, and establishing process improvement in collaboration with the team.
