The Clinical Care Associate (CCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services and supports the campus in screening of employees and visitors as mandated by federal and state requirements, primarily related to COVID-19.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting/interacting with residents, visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner

  • Administrative:

  • The screening table should be staffed from 5:30am-6:00pm every day.

  • Ideally, the CCA position should be scheduled for twelve (12) hour shifts for continuity of care.

  • The CCA will implement and follow the current Employee and Visitor Screening policies while staffing the screening table.

  • Other Assignments:

  • Assist campus departments in attaching resident documents in electronic medical record.

  • COVID-19 test employees once competency has been completed.

  • Personnel Functions:

  • Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel, as well as other facility personnel to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents.

  • Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals to your supervisor.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

  • Preferred one (1) years' experience working in the field of senior residential care, healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment.

  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
