POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as physician's clerical and clinical support to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Assists physician in clinic with patient care
Answers and responds appropriately to caller's needs to include calling in prescriptions as directed by the physician
Manages all physician's written and electronic materials and maintains patient charts
Manages physician calendar
Regular and predictable attendance
Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
Performs other related duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
Experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment required. 1 year of clerical experience required
Certifications: MA, LPN or RN certification required.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Intermediate computer skills are required.
