As a Pharmacy Technician I -Clinical Assistant FEP, you will be handling general questions about the service and support all phases of the care process starting with enrollment, creation and maintenance of an electronic medical/pharmacy record, appointment scheduling, and care plan processing/mailing. The Pharmacy Technician I-is essential to ensuring medication therapy management services are provided to plan members.
The Pharmacy TechnicianI position is responsible for supporting inbound and outbound calls from plan members, document activity and maintain electronic medical records while providing the highest quality healthcare and service to plan members and other internal and external partners.As part of the Pharmacy Technician I -Clinical Assistant FEP team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your Pharmacy Technician skills and experiences to work in a front-end setting. CPhT, PTCB, Pharmacy Technician, Mail Order, CVS, Mail,Specialty, Customer Service, Call Center,
Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
Current National Certification (CPhT)
At least 1 year of CVS Health experience or 1 year of experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting, highly preferred
PC skills in Windows-based applications
Understanding of managed care, preferred
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED equivalen
