Clinical Application Specialist - Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care
In this role, you have the opportunity to

As the new Clinical Application Specialist Monitoring and Analytics & Therapeutic Care, you will be part of a team delivering advanced clinical education to hospitals. This is a temporary role with start date ASAP, until end of August 2020, with great opportunities for extension/ permanent hire.
You are responsible for
Conducting on-site education and consulting
Creating and managing customer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
Representing and championing clinical applications support needs for Patient Monitoring customers
Focusing on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows
Working closely together with Sales, Service, Marketing and end users being responsible for clinical presentations, product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in pre-sale, implementation and post-sales situations
Developing, maintaining and delivering applications focused training on the equipment and accessories
Applying product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues where needed
You are a part of
the Swedish Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you.
You will report to the Swedish Clinical Application & Education Manager MA&TC. The team is extensive and includes other Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Applications Specialists, Project Managers and Field Service Engineers with a high level of experience from both medical engineering and clinical work in hospital.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Knowledge of the clinical environments
Registered Nurse with extensive experience with patient monitoring equipment
Fluency in English and Swedish language are required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to travel
