The Clinical Administrative Director (CAD) for the Endoscopy Center is part of the Division of Internal Medicine. In this nursing leadership role, the CAD has oversight of a multidisciplinary staff.
Responsibilities include oversight of all patient care operations within the Center, strategic planning, marketing, financial management, human resource management, operations management, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and facilities and physical asset management. The CAD also develops and maintains collegial and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across the institution to positively impact the center's operations and patient care outcomes.
Eight years of clinical experience with two of the eight in a management position over direct patient care activities.
Educational and licensure requirements include a Master's degree in Nursing or a business or related field (or Doctor of Nursing Practice) and a current Nursing license (RN/APRN) or PA license.
