We are looking for an experienced full-time Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team based from our Baton Rouge, LA, site. Must be willing to travel. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Assists the COVID testing & vaccine clinics throughout the country with daily administrative duties.
Assists patients with intake AND check out by collecting necessary paperwork and forms.
Accurately enters information into database system including test results.
Effectively communicates and disseminates information through verbal, email, and written communications.
Interacts with patients and clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
Manages appointment system, documenting all necessary information.
Responsible for sanitizing work station between patients.
Responsible for ensuring patient area and work area are tidy.
Responsible for ensuring supplies are maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
Prepares end of the day reports to provide to client.
Works with the clinical staff and assists technicians with standard services, as needed.
Enters data, verifies reports, makes copies, and collects documentation.
Perform all other duties assigned.

Ability to handle challenging and/or difficult situations and customers in a positive and professional manner.
Sensitivity to confidential matters, including PHI for HIPAA, required.
The ability to use office technology, equipment, and learn new administrative functions within an organization.

Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years administrative office experience, preferably in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Strong computer and Internet skills
Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills are needed to be successful in this role.
