Clinic Technician (College Of Health Sciences - Onsite Clinic )

Faulkner University's College of Health Sciences (CHS) is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Clinic Technician. The selected individual will be responsible for performing activities essential to promoting the successful operation of the Faulkner University Center for Therapy and Research, including direct support of the Clinic Manager, Clinic Director and licensed clinicians. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.

This is a part-time (30 hours per week) position. Monday-Thursday 8am - 4pm schedule; other schedule needs of candidate will be considered

Summary of Duties:

• Serve as receptionist by checking clients in/out

• Answer/direct telephone calls and electronic inquiries

• Assist with marketing and coordination of events

• Assist in maintaining organization and infection control throughout clinic

• Assist licensed clinicians with treatment sessions

• Provide general clerical support

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Experience in the care and treatment of pediatrics and/or adults in a healthcare setting or providing clerical assistance preferred

• Active member of the church of Christ preferred
