Hours: This temporary position supports the employee health flu program beginning in September -, 2024. Must be available for various shifts: Monday

• Friday, 6:00 am

• 8:00 pm, and Saturday 6:00 am

• Noon.

What You Will Do:

This position is temporary in nature and not benefit eligible. It requires you to commit to the entire length of the program September 14 - December 2020 in addition to 1 orientation day. Dates to be discussed in the interview.

This position will support the Community Flu Program at various ProHealth clinics and offsite community locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the duties of an RN in accordance with the Nursing Code of Ethics, The Nurse Practice Act of the State of Wisconsin and PHMG Nursing policies.

• Safely administer vaccines to patients 6 months through adult.

• Provides education to patients on vaccine indications and side effects.

• Completes all documentation accurately, timely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour

Hours Per Week: 20 (minimum required commitment)

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Current State of WI RN License.

• Current BLS (CPR) Certification.

• Experience giving IM injections to ages 6 months through adult.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work the required shifts and locations of the program.
