Some Key Responsibilities:
You'll be the linchpin in our daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and organization at the front desk.
Your welcoming demeanor and efficient service will directly contribute to our patients' recovery journey and overall experience.
Coordinate daily front office operations with finesse, from check-in flow to insurance verification, ensuring no patient is left waiting.
Lead by example in delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care to every patient interaction.
Provide supervision and support to admissions specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Tackle patient concerns with grace and efficiency, leaving no issue unresolved under the guidance of our program director.
From opening to closing, you'll handle it all - from maintaining supplies to ensuring office scheduling runs like clockwork.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or High School Diploma with 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent written and oral skills are a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills are essential for success in this role.
This position demands adaptability and efficiency, with a willingness to go the extra mile for our patients.
Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
