Part-Time, Monday-Friday, working 28 hours per week

Clay Center Family Physicians is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN to join our dedicated clinic team. This is a part-time position with benefits, working about 28 hours a week. Most mornings would be spent at the Linn Clinic with the remainder of the time normally spent at the Clay Center clinic. There is potential to cover in Glasco, Riley and Clyde clinics depending on the need. .

• Responsibilities:

• Assessing and evaluating patient conditions in collaboration with healthcare team members

• Administering medication and treatments as ordered by providers

• Documentation of patient care accurately, thoroughly and efficiently

• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatments

• Knowledgeable in using EMR, Microsoft Office and Scheduling programs

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize based on patient need

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Kansas Nursing License in good standing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the healthcare team

Minimum new hire rate is $24.48 RN and $18.55 LPN. Rates will increase with previous years of experience.

Post-offer drug screen, background check, and physical required.
