Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care, putting clients first in every interaction.
Execute physician's orders accurately, facilitating coordinated healthcare services and ensuring smooth interactions between providers and clients.
Undertake fundamental nursing tasks, such as measuring temperatures and blood pressures, instilling trust and confidence in clients via meticulousness and thoroughness.
Engage in detailed conversations with clients and their loved ones, collecting medical histories and comprehending medication regimes, crafting individualized care plans sensitive to particular preferences.
Update patient records consistently, preserving current and correct files, enabling efficient communication and cooperation amongst healthcare workers, emphasizing precision and clarity.
Handle medical administration records and prescriptions confidentially, safeguarding patient welfare and observing strict protocols, valuing structure and conscientiousness.
