The Clinic Manager is responsible to administer, manage, and coordinate all Women's Health and Specialty clinic activities. The Manager implements innovative, value-added solutions that help physicians/providers deliver high quality, cost effective healthcare to support Mammoth Hospital's commitment to the care and improvement of human life. He or she will manage the overall operations of the practices, ensuring a vision and strategy for future growth. The Manager also provides expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. This position requires him/her to handle a moderate to high level of complexity.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage various personnel functions including, but not limited to hiring, training, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and schedules.

  • Facilitates provider relations by effectively communicating and providing feedback to the medical staff of the clinics. Acts as provider liaisons when necessary to represent issues to Senior Administration.

  • Effectively delegates projects, work assignments, and tasks to staff with clear expectations of the desired results, explanation of the available resources, and clarification of accountability as work progresses, and clear guidelines to follow.

  • Conducts regular team meetings to assure effective communication of hospital goals and objectives, to assure effective communication within the department; provides the opportunity for feedback on work processes, provides a forum for problem resolution.

  • Monitors effective and productive use of time and optimal utilization of skills and resources.

  • Plan, research, develop, and maintain departmental policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.

  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of hospital-wide and departmental policies and procedures and serves as a model and resource person for subordinates to ensure the conduct of business in conformance with them.

  • Develops and conducts orientation and training programs for departmental staff.

  • Participates in management team activities including strategic planning, capital equipment planning, physical plant maintenance and development planning, service expansion and development planning and staff compensation and benefit planning.

  • Responsible for development of departmental operating and capital budgets; accountable for maintaining appropriate budgetary control.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field or equivalent experience required.

  • Three years experience in a manager level position required.

Job Information:

  • Full-time, day shifts.

  • Starting wage $69.42 to $74.32 based on qualifications.
