Under the supervision of the Director of Clinic, the Clinic Office Manager/ Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily activities of the clinic. Responsible for hiring and training support staff.
Prepares budget, orders clinical equipment and supplies to fill patient needs and meet financial concerns. Oversees billing practices. Ensures the policies and procedures set forth by Grandview Medical Center are followed and met.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
High school education or equivalent required. Must be certified as a CMA through NHA or AAMA. Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA or American Red Cross required.
