Overview
The Brightside Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the smooth daily operation of the clinic. This position is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic and ensures a positive patient experience. They must ensure patients are paying for their visits in an appropriate timeframe and are continuing their treatment as required by the doctors. They are also responsible for making sure the clinic staff are at the clinic as scheduled.
This position will manage the Tinley Park and North Aurora offices in person, and remotely manage the Roselle location.
The work schedule is as follows:
Every other Monday, as well as every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (remotely supporting Roselle on Fridays) at Tinley Park from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Every Wednesday at North Aurora from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Every other Saturday at North Aurora from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m
Responsibilities
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains and coordinates the operation of the clinic on a daily basis and is responsible for daily needs and smooth running of assigned facility.
Ensures office is ready for the day which includes, but is not limited to, making sure the Office Administrator and Doctor Liaison have what they need to operate for the day.
Reviews the schedule to identify any challenges and makes changes accordingly.
Identifies and solves patient concerns and de-escalates if emergencies arise.
Ensures appropriate coordination of care for patients and helps in managing patient flow at the clinic.
Main point of contact on site.
Provides new employee orientation and training.
Ensures the amount of cash collected matches the receipts at the end of the day.
Manages the monthly A/R report.
Tracks the number of patient appointments, reschedules, and cancellations/no shows.
Responsible for maintaining all facility inspections.
Host clinic staff meetings on a regular basis.
Supports Change Management
The job holder must demonstrate current competencies for job position.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, and 2 years of related experience in a behavioral health or healthcare settingrequired
BS in Health Care Administration preferred or 2-4 years in supervisory role
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Exceptional communication and time management skills. Ability to anticipate and react calmly to emergencysituations.
Proficient in an electronic medical record required, along with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and work independently.
Tools and Equipment Requirements
The ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required.
Frequent use of Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required.
Physical Working Conditions and Office Setting Description
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching.
Some lifting may be required.
Frequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation of computer, keyboard, and telephonesrequired.
Requires occasional use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, and other office equipment.
Employee may need to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds andoccasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
