KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our clinics, at employer sites, and with high school, college, and professional sports teams.


The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations to include patient care, marketing, staff relations, research and development, quality assurance and budgetary concerns on a day to day basis. In addition, the Clinical Director II will meet with the Regional Director or KORT CEO to review all clinical functions and to assure all duties are being performed to acceptable standards. The Clinical Director II will always attempt to support the uphold the mission statement of KORT. The Clinical Director II shall also evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint and bone disorders or diagnoses to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability. This position provides direct patient care.

The Clinical Director II position requires:

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited university.

  • Professional Licensure in the State of Kentucky

  • Minimum of two years experience as a staff Physical Therapist or one year as a KORT staff therapist.

  • CPR certification is mandatory immediately after employment

  • Optional APTA membership

The BCBA – Program Supervisor will provide applied behavior analysis consultation and evaluation to clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Provide a minimum of 25 clinical support hours to clients. * Schedule and manage caseloads for appropriate services and staff. * Assist with coverage in emergency situations. * Disseminate information as desired/needed to clinic staff. * Facility management. * Materials/resource management. Includes but is not limited to: office supplies for the clinic, materials for team support (where applicable) vending programs, janitorial support services, grounds keeping (where applicable), safety and security materials. * Monitor hiring/staffing needs and assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process for potential candidates and new staff. * Coordination between staff, corporate and vendors to maintain the facility in accordance with company policy, local, state and federal regulations as well as industry standards. * Clinic Director is responsible for safety and security of all clients, staff, and guests. * Employee supervision, training, and support. * Fiscal performance and management. * Case management including scheduling and utilization. * Facility management and maintenance. * Funding source compliance. * System management and utilization. * Parent relations. * Marketing and community relations. * Coordinates and supervises special assignments as delegated by Regional Director and/or Vice President of Operations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
