Clinic Director - Partner

Results together with Ascension Saint Thomas, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is growing in Middle Tennessee!

We are looking for a Clinic Director and Partner for our newest clinic in Fairview, TN set to open in late Summer 2024!

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current or pending state licensure

• Demonstrated operational leadership and performance is a plus, preferably working independently in an outpatient setting
