2.Teaches graduate courses in counseling and provides student supervision as required by CACREP providing client care in accordance with American Counseling Association standards. Specific course assignments could include counseling skills, practicum, and internships, and/or other counseling courses. This position will provide live clinical supervision to master's students in our community-based counseling clinic
3.Directs and operates the clinic in compliance with the Counseling program, and CACREP accreditation standards, and assures compliance with applicable Missouri State University policies and procedures, and government regulations.
4.Assures sound fiscal management of the CCCC by preparing requested monetary and budget reporting and submitting appropriate documentation to the Bursars office and within guidelines established and provided by the Program Director, School Director, and Dean.
5.Demonstrates a commitment to working ethically and effectively with a wide range of human populations and presentations, through experience, teaching and/or publications/presentations. Facilitates a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
6.Contributes to the overall success of the CCCC and the Counseling Program by performing other duties as assigned.
