Massage Envy located in West Hartford Connecticut is looking for a personnel manager to support it's team of massage therapists, estheticians and administrative staff. The Clinic Administrator is responsible for staffing schedules, addressing and awarding staff behavior while maintenance employment law compliance. This is a great entry level management position for a recent grad who will be mentored by a multi-unit general manager and area director of business operations and the clinic's franchisee to train and certify the perfect candidate on all Massage Envy Franchise business systems and state of Connecticut employment law.

Day-to-Day:
Direct and manage all operational aspects assigning daily goals out to staff on duty so each day the team is focued on driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding and supporting one another
Other duties include managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.
Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
