Wellness Works Management Partners has an exciting opportunity for a pediatric therapy clinic aide! We are looking for someone who loves children, hardworking, COVID conscious, and not afraid to do anything to help contribute to changing the world one child at a time. This role is 75% cleaning, so it requires someone who not afraid to get their hands dirty, clean equipment, sanitizes toys, and more. Due to COVID, we have essential requirements regarding safety and being COVID conscious due to the nature of working with children. We are specifically seeking out someone that is committed to following strict COVID guidelines and is the epitome of a team player. This role requires someone who is able to work Saturdays! The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. It is a minimum of 30 hours per week and has the potential to become a 40 hour per week role.
Job Summary:Maintain organization and cleanliness of therapy supplies, equipment, and work/treatment spaces.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Assist with and/or carry out routine cleaning, maintenance support operations of the clinic's fixtures, patient care equipment and supplies in accordance with the daily checklist and regulatory standards and our policies and procedures.
Comply with the facility's compliance plan which includes but is not limited to Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA, Human Resources and Code of Conduct as well as all facility policies and procedures.
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations training and instruction requirements as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services provision
Perform other duties as assigned as permitted by law & training.
May be asked to assist the therapists with supporting patient transitions in and out of the clinic along with related therapeutic activities following formal on the job training and competency testing

High school or equivalent skills & aptitude required
