Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager #LI-JM1 Intermediate Cardiac Care (ICC) is a fast paced unit with a focus on cardiovascular/respiratory conditions. Our patient population includes patients in for ACS and ischemic workups, NSTEMI and stable STEMI (after cath lab), pre and post cath patients to include pulling arterial sheaths on the unit, dysrhythmia management including titrating IV drips, CHF (designated HF unit), vascular surgery, DKA/insulin drips and various other intermediate level of care diagnoses. Licensure/Certification • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Certification in area of expertise; preferred. • May require one or more of the following certifications based on the assigned patient population: o Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support(ACLS) o Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) o Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) o Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) Experience A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse; acute care setting preferred
