Client Trust Staff (Music)

Client Trust Staff is responsible for processing and reconciling all incoming payments (checks, wires, and ACHs) for our clients' shows.

This role will be based in our Chicago, IL office (hybrid, in office 3-4 days a week).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborating in a team environment to carry out individual responsibilities

• Processing incoming client trust payments after determining that payment is accurate. Electronic payments are processed hourly and physical payments are processed daily

• Communicating and facilitating resolutions that deal with payment inaccuracies

• Maintaining data integrity within various shared accounting documents

• Reconciling accounting deposit logs with Cloud deposit logs

• Leveraging company-wide resources to investigate ambiguous payments and receipts
